These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SheetFormR ("the Add-on," "we," "our," or "us"), a Google Workspace Add-on. By installing, accessing, or using SheetFormR, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using SheetFormR on behalf of an organization (such as a school or business), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
SheetFormR is a productivity tool that:
SheetFormR operates within your Google Workspace environment and requires appropriate Google account permissions to function.
You must have a valid Google account to use SheetFormR. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe to SheetFormR Pro. Educators may use SheetFormR with student data in accordance with their institution's policies.
You agree to provide accurate information when subscribing and to keep your account information current.

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. Trial terms are displayed at signup. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to Pro to continue using premium features.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card information.
Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from within SheetFormR. Upon cancellation:
Due to the digital nature of SheetFormR, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on their account.

You retain full ownership of all content you create using SheetFormR, including your spreadsheet data, quiz questions, and generated forms. We claim no ownership rights over your content.
By using SheetFormR, you grant us a limited license to access and process your Google Workspace data solely to provide the Add-on's functionality. This license terminates when you stop using SheetFormR or revoke its permissions.

SheetFormR, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
If you provide suggestions or feedback about SheetFormR, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.
SheetFormR integrates with third-party services including Google Workspace, Stripe, Google's Gemini API, and equation rendering services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
SHEETFORMR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of SheetFormR shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SheetFormR, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Continued use of SheetFormR after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SheetFormR regarding your use of the Add-on.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to a successor in interest.
